The SanlamAllianz4Life Plan is a micro-insurance product designed to make money readily available to you or your dependents in the events of death; to help foot funeral expenses or hospitalization of you or your nominated family member. The policy also pays a percentage of the total contribution (lump sum) as no claims cash back benefit after a year of being on cover.
This product shall cover you and your nominated family member (i.e. spouse, child, sibling, parent, parent-in-law, aunties or Uncles). SanlamAllianz Life shall pay all benefits to you, your named beneficiary or trustee.

In the event where you are no more, SanlamAllianz Life shall pay your named beneficiary or trustee a lump sum amount equal to the stated Sum Assured. In the event where your nominated family member is no more, SanlamAllianz Life shall pay you a lump sum amount equal to the stated Sum Assured.
In the event where any of you is admitted for three (3) nights and above, SanlamAllianz Life shall pay you an amount equal to the selected option, per night up to a maximum of 30 nights per calendar year.
In the event where you or your nominated life passes on within the first 90 days after premium payment and is non-accidental, SanlamAllianz Life shall refund the premiums contributed for that life.
In the event of the policy running for every twelve (12) months without any claim, SanlamAllianz Life shall pay you fifteen percent (15%) of the contributed premiums over the twelve months period.
