Mrs. Marian Deladem Ofosu-Dankyi is the Head of People and Culture at Sanlam Allianz General Insurance, Ghana. With approximately 22 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development Consulting, and Customer Services, Marian has a wealth of expertise from both the private and public sectors. She has previously served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at the Internal Audit Agency and the Head of People and Corporate Resources for Metropolitan (covering Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Pensions Trust). Additionally, Marian has held key HR roles at Phyto-Riker Pharmaceuticals and Affinity Finance Africa.

Marian is a Certified Human Resource Management Practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana. She holds an MPhil in Human Resources Management and a BSc in Administration from the University of Ghana Business School. Marian has also served on the Audit Committees of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly, where she was the Chairperson, the Ministry of Education, and the Architectural and Engineering Services Limited (AESL). She is enthusiastic about fostering a high-performance culture and nurturing talent.
