William Malm brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With over 14 years of industry experience, William has served as the Head of MIS at Donewell Insurance LTD and has consulted for various Insurtech firms and insurance brokers.

He has extensive experience in systems analysis & design, databases, application development and networking, as well as IT project management, and is recognized as an expert in Information Technology. William has successfully led the implementation of numerous insurance software systems, demonstrating his proficiency in insurance underwriting.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSc Hons) from the University of Huddersfield, UK, and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Greenwich, UK. He has participated in numerous professional and managerial courses and seminars related to the insurance industry and information communication technology management, both domestically and internationally.
