Stella is experienced in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Compliance. Prior to joining Sanlam General Insurance Ghana LTD. in October 2023, she played a key role in restructuring risk management as an Internal Audit Officer at Metropolitan Insurance Ghana (Life, Health, Pensions).

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Computer Science, a certificate in General Insurance, and is currently with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). Stella is passionate about fostering a system of functional controls to support organizational objectives.
