Edith is a seasoned insurance professional with over 15 years of experience in leading and transforming businesses within the insurance and financial services sector. She brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership, sales growth, marketing, business development, and operational efficiency.

She previously served as CEO of Banbo Insurance Brokers, where she led strategic initiatives that drove over 680% growth in the first year, elevating the company’s market position. Before that, she was Manager, Alternative Distribution Channels at Sanlam General Insurance Ghana, where she successfully expanded bancassurance and alternative distribution networks, driving significant market share growth. Edith has also held key roles at Halges Technologies, NSIA Insurance Ghana, Esichlife Assurance, and Metropolitan Group (Life, Health, and Pensions), where she demonstrated exceptional business development acumen.

Edith holds an MBA in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), a BA in Administration (Marketing) from Central University College, and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance, from the Ghana Insurance College.
