Ingrid is a seasoned internal audit professional with a solid track record of leading risk-based audits, enhancing internal controls, and strengthening governance practices. Prior to joining us, she served as the Internal Audit Manager at Affinity Ghana Savings and Loans, where she provided strategic audit leadership aligned with regulatory and business priorities.  
Her deep expertise in internal audit is complemented by earlier experience in finance and external audit, a background that gives her a holistic view of financial management, compliance, and risk. Ingrid is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Accounting.  
She is passionate about using audit insights to create real value, partnering with teams to close control gaps and drive improvements that matter.
